Australia Post remains fully operational. However, Australia Post has seen a significant increase in online shopping, reduction in air freight capacity and introduced OHS measures across their facilities.
** Please expect delays with Standard and Express post. Next Day delivery via Express Post is still prioritized but not guaranteed.
Postage:
- Shipping is calculated automatically with the Australian Post website. Cost of postage is based on weight, destination and option selected.
- We are able to post to PO Boxes, work/businesses addresses and street addresses.
- To obtain an estimate for shipping, add items to cart and proceed to checkout.
- All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless contacted and stated otherwise.
- On all international orders, aside from the shipping cost, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to shipping companies fault, however we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- All shipments will have a tracking number

On larger items we will endevour to get you the best shipping price with our couriers, please email us with your suburb & postcode so we can work out the best priced courier available. Alternatively call us on 0247742491 to discuss.
Delivery:
We offer FREE delivery to the Warragamba/Silverdale area when you spend over $20.
Free pickup:
- We offer pickup from Silverdale or Regentville/Penrith this is by appointment only
- Once your order is ready for collection you will receive a text/email message to arrange pickup.
